Veljan Denison's Board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Standalone profit after tax was ₹7.11 Cr on revenue of ₹38.53 Cr, while consolidated profit reached ₹7.33 Cr on revenue of ₹42.62 Cr. The Board also approved the re-appointment of SRK & Co. as Cost Auditor for FY26. An Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on August 29, 2025, to seek shareholder approval for material related party transactions and the re-appointment of Mrs. Umadevi Uppaluri. The record date for dividend eligibility and e-voting for the AGM is August 22, 2025.
