Arihant Superstructures delivered strong Q1 FY26 financial results. Operating Revenue grew 44% Year-over-Year to INR 121 Crore, with EBITDA surging 249% to INR 36.9 Crore (30.5% margin). Profit After Tax increased 698% to INR 15.9 Crore. The company achieved pre-sales of INR 150.6 Crore (192 units, 2.01 lakh sq ft) and collected INR 126 Crore. Strategic developments include successfully raising INR 37.6 Crore equity via warrant conversion for business expansion. Additionally, 11 acres were acquired for 'Town Villas' and 1.5 acres for the 'World Villas' hotel, expanding key projects. 803 units were delivered this quarter.
