Dilip Buildcon Limited — Important, 13-08-2025: General Updates

Dilip Buildcon (DBL) has provisionally completed its significant Puducherry-Poondiyankuppam road project, built under the HAM (Hybrid Annuity Model) in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. This four-laning project, with an initial Bid Project Cost of Rs. 1228 Cr, is now declared fit for commercial operation. The project also entails a 1st year Operations & Maintenance (O&M) commitment of Rs. 3 Cr, with an operational period of 15 years from the start of commercial operations. This milestone is positive for DBL's revenue stream and asset base.
