Rajratan Global Wire Limited held its 37th Annual General Meeting, where shareholders adopted the audited financial statements, including consolidated results, for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. A dividend of Rs. 2/- per equity share for FY2024-25 was declared. Shareholders also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Abhishek Dalmia, Mr. Sanjeev Sood, and Mrs. Alka Arora Misra as directors.
