Spacenet Enterprises' board approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations surged to ₹53.39 Cr, up from ₹34.44 Cr last year. Profit for equity holders also saw a healthy rise, reaching ₹3.80 Cr compared to ₹2.58 Cr previously.

Strategically, the board approved a major alteration to its Memorandum of Association. This aims to broaden the company's scope into integrated Human Resource (HR) and tech-based services, subject to shareholder approval.
