Heritage Foods has received a favorable order for a GST refund. The Assistant Commissioner, CGST, Banjara Hills Division, sanctioned the refund of differential GST paid under protest on Flavoured Milk supplies in Telangana. This follows favorable orders from the Commissioner Appeals against earlier rejections. The company expects to receive a total refund of Rs. 1.54 Cr. This positive development will enhance the company's liquidity by recovering previously paid tax amounts.
