Sakthi Sugars Limited — Board Meeting, 13-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Sakthi Sugars' board has approved the financial results for the quarter, reporting a net loss of Rs. 1.10 Cr. Auditors noted a significant Rs. 252.20 Cr expected credit loss on an old receivable not provisioned, which the company is confident of recovering through legal action. Additionally, the board appointed Smt. Susheela Balakrishnan as an Independent Director and approved STR & Associates as Cost Auditors. The 63rd Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 25. Sri. R. Dhanasekaran was also proposed as the Secretarial Auditor.
