MANOMAY TEX INDIA has announced a board meeting today, approving the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported a total revenue of Rs 164.17 Cr and a net profit of Rs 4.45 Cr for the quarter. The board also approved the re-appointment of four key directors: Mr. Kailashchandra Hiralal Laddha (Chairman & Whole-time Director), Mr. Yogesh Laddha (Managing Director), Mr. Kamlesh Kailashchandra Laddha (Whole-time Director), and Mrs. Pallavi Laddha (Whole-time Director). Their re-appointments are for a three-year term, effective from January 16, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 16th Annual General Meeting on September 17, 2025.
