Sangal Papers Ltd — Updates, 13-08-2025: Company Update

Sangal Papers' board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations increased to ₹47.57 Cr, up from ₹42.61 Cr in the same period last year. Net profit for the period rose to ₹0.80 Cr, compared to ₹0.67 Cr, with EPS at ₹6.15. The board also proposed the re-appointment of Mr. Vinayak Sangal and Mr. Tanmay Sangal as directors. Additionally, it approved the re-appointment of Mr. Himanshu Sangal as Managing Director and Mr. Amit Sangal as Whole-time Director for five-year terms, pending shareholder approval. Key auditor appointments were also approved, subject to shareholder endorsement. The company has scheduled its 45th Annual General Meeting for September 26.
