Brigade Hotel Ventures (BHVL) has signed a multi-deal agreement with Marriott International to develop six new hotels, adding 940 rooms across four key Indian markets. This significant expansion covers five Marriott Bonvoy brands, including The Ritz-Carlton and JW Marriott. These properties are set to open between FY 2027 and FY 2030. This move strengthens BHVL’s partnership with Marriott, bringing their total portfolio to eight hotels with 1,388 keys, significantly boosting future revenue potential in the hospitality sector.
