Pee Cee Cosma Sope Ltd — Updates, 13-08-2025: Company Update

PEE CEE COSMA SOPE Ltd. has initiated a special window, active until January 6, 2026, for shareholders to re-lodge physical share transfer requests that were previously rejected or unattended before April 1, 2019. Note that all such transfers will now occur only in DEMAT form, requiring shareholders to have an active DEMAT account. Separately, the company is conducting a campaign until November 6, 2025, to assist shareholders in claiming unclaimed dividends from FY 2017-18. Shareholders with physical shares must update their KYC and bank details as dividends are now exclusively paid electronically.
