PEE CEE COSMA SOPE LTD. has issued a notice for shareholders whose equity shares are subject to transfer to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). This applies to shares with unencashed dividends for seven or more consecutive years. Affected shareholders have been informed individually, and details are on the company's website. Shareholders can claim their unclaimed dividends from Financial Year 2017-2018 onwards by contacting the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent by September 15, 2025. If not claimed, shares will be transferred to IEPF. Note that both unclaimed dividends and transferred shares can still be reclaimed from the IEPF Authority later via their website.
