A key strategic move involves divesting the entire stake in Godrej Capital Limited (GCL) to a new wholly-owned financial services subsidiary, Godrej FS Limited. This internal restructuring, aimed at expanding financial operations with investments up to ₹5,000 Cr, requires shareholder approval. Separately, Godrej Properties reported its highest-ever quarterly net profit of ₹600 Cr, along with a robust booking value of ₹7,082 Cr.
