Apollo Sindoori Hotels' Board has approved its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations reached Rs. 138.28 Cr, with a net profit of Rs. 3.95 Cr, and EPS of Rs. 15.18. The Board also fixed a final dividend of Rs. 2 per equity share, with September 18 as the record date. Mrs. Sucharitha Reddy was re-appointed as Managing Director for five years, subject to shareholder approval. The 27th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 25 via virtual mode, where shareholders will also vote on the appointment of M/s BP & Associates as Secretarial Auditors.
