Dynemic Products, following a recent board meeting, announced strong Q1 FY26 consolidated results: Net Profit hit Rs 4.81 Cr, with Total Income at Rs 94.47 Cr. The board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Bhagwandas K. Patel as MD and Mr. Rameshbhai B. Patel as JMD for five more years. Ms. Avani V. Patel joins as an Independent Director, and Mr. Ashok P. Pathak as Secretarial Auditor. The 35th AGM is slated for September 22, 2025.
