Operationally, SCL transferred stressed loans with a principal of ₹1,194.79 Cr, realizing ₹1,012.33 Cr. The merger of six wholly-owned subsidiaries is progressing, having received shareholder and creditor approvals. The company recently raised ₹285 Cr and ₹50 Cr through private placement NCDs, and ₹173.61 Cr via a public issue. Asset quality remains key with Gross NPAs at 2.07% and Net NPAs at 1.20%. Capital Adequacy Ratio is strong at 29.17% and LCR at 280%.
