JTL Industries has released its Monitoring Agency Report for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, regarding the utilization of funds from its Rs. 675 crore preferential issue of fully convertible warrants. The report confirms no deviation in the use of these funds. No amount was utilized during Q1FY26. As of the quarter end, Rs. 168.75 crore had been raised, with Rs. 168.74 crore already utilized, leaving Rs. 0.01 crore unspent. The monitoring agency noted that the current low share price, below the warrant exercise price, could lead to warrants lapsing, potentially impacting the viability of the planned projects. Additionally, an Enforcement Directorate search at the company's office premises was highlighted.
