Sakuma Exports Limited — Board Meeting, 13-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Sakuma Exports' board has approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations stood at ₹375.67 Cr, with a Net Profit of ₹1.65 Cr. EPS for the quarter was ₹0.01. The board also re-appointed M/s Mehta Singhvi & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY25-26. Mr. Amit Amist Shanker was reappointed as an Independent Director for a second term, pending shareholder approval. M/s Ramesh M Sheth & Associates were appointed as Statutory Auditors for five years, also subject to shareholder approval.
