Nimbus Projects' Board has approved the financial results for the quarter. Consolidated revenue from operations stood at 63.83 Cr, leading to a net loss of 21.00 Cr. Standalone results, reviewed by the Audit Committee, showed a net profit of 13.00 Cr, significantly boosted by an exceptional income of 15.72 Cr. This income resulted from the reversal of a penalty. The company also secured co-promoter recognition for "Nimbus The Golden Palm" project, investing 234.96 Cr, and is pursuing an amalgamation scheme, which is progressing through the NCLT.
