Key strategic moves include the completion of the sale of PNC Bareilly Nainital Highways Private Limited to Vertis Infrastructure Trust for an Enterprise Value of ₹716.2 Cr. This deal, the 11th of 12 planned asset divestments, resulted in an exceptional gain of ₹321.70 Cr. The remaining asset sale is expected in H1 FY26.
