Agribio Spirits has announced that its board approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations reached 7.36 Cr, with a profit of 0.98 Cr. Standalone profit for the quarter was 0.41 Cr. The board also re-designated Mr. Kamal Kishor Sharma as Chairman, a proposal accepted from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Furthermore, key committees including Audit, Nomination, and Stakeholders’ Relationship were reconstituted to strengthen governance. Key Managerial Personnel were also authorized for material event disclosures.
