Grand Foundry Limited — Board Meeting, 13-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Grand Foundry Ltd. (GFSTEELS) held its board meeting, setting the 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) for September 18, 2025, to be held virtually. The board also appointed M/s L. Gupta & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term (FY25-26 to FY29-30), pending shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. Additionally, Mr. Nitin Nagar was appointed as the scrutinizer for e-voting, and NSDL will facilitate the e-voting and virtual AGM.
