Endurance Technologies' board approved strong Q1 FY26 consolidated financial results. Revenue from operations jumped to ₹3,318.89 crore, with profit after tax reaching ₹226.35 crore. EPS stands at ₹16.09. Strategically, the company completed the acquisition of the remaining 38.50% stake in Maxwell Energy Systems for ₹7.50 crore, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary. Furthermore, its subsidiary Endurance Overseas SpA acquired a 60% stake in German entities Stoeferle Automotive GmbH and Stoeferle GmbH for EUR 37.74 million, expanding its global footprint.
