Indogulf Cropsciences Limited — Board Meeting, 13-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Indogulf Cropsciences has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations rose to Rs. 189.37 Cr from Rs. 132.13 Cr year-on-year. However, consolidated net profit for the period declined significantly to Rs. 3.87 Cr compared to Rs. 9.80 Cr in the same quarter last year. Post-quarter, the company successfully completed its public issue, allotting over 1.44 Cr new shares at a premium of Rs. 101 per share on July 1, 2025. Its shares subsequently listed on BSE and NSE on July 3, 2025.
