SIBAR Auto Parts Limited's Board approved the financial results for the first quarter. An Annual General Meeting has been scheduled for members, to be held virtually. The company announced key changes in its auditing structure: M/s. Chunduru & Co. was appointed as the new Statutory Auditor, replacing the previous firm which resigned due to personal obligations. M/s. P S Rao & Associates was also appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years. Further ensuring leadership continuity, Mr. Pemmasani Madhu Pratap was re-appointed as Whole-Time Director for another three years, strengthening the management team.
