MIDHANI's board has announced a meeting where it approved strong Q1 FY26 consolidated financial results. Turnover hit ₹170.50 Cr (+4.31% YoY). Profit Before Tax (PBT) surged 112.05% to ₹19.00 Cr, and Profit After Tax (PAT) jumped 150.49% to ₹12.80 Cr. EBITDA also rose 32.86% to ₹41.28 Cr.

The board designated Smt. Madhubala Kalluri, Director (Finance), as the new Chief Financial Officer. D. Hanumanta Raju & Co. was appointed Secretarial Auditor for five financial years starting FY26. MIDHANI's order book stood at a robust ₹1827 Cr as of July 1, 2025.
