The 67th Annual General Meeting of The Ramco Cements Limited adopted the company's separate and consolidated annual financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025. Shareholders approved a dividend of Rs. 2 per share. Shri. R. Dinesh was reappointed as a Director. M/s. Sriram Krishnamurthy & Co. were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years, with remuneration of Rs. 0.065 Cr for the first year, and future fees to be set by the Board based on the Audit Committee's guidance. The remuneration of Rs. 0.07 Cr for M/s. Geeyes & Co., Cost Auditors, for FY 2025-26 was also ratified.
