AVT Natural Products Limited — Board Meeting, 13-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

AVT Natural Products' board has approved the financial results for the first quarter. Consolidated revenue from operations rose to Rs 132.42 Cr, with net profit after tax surging to Rs 12.12 Cr. The board has also appointed Mr. K Nandakumar as the new Chief Executive Officer, effective September 1, 2025. Additionally, Mrs. Kavitha Vijay has been re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, pending shareholder approval. Key board committees including Audit, Stakeholders' Relationship, and Risk Management have also been reconstituted.
