Kothari Fermentation & Biochem Ltd — Updates, 13-08-2025: Company Update

Kothari Fermentation & Biochem's board approved quarterly financial results for June 30, 2025, reporting revenue of Rs. 23.75 Cr but a net loss of Rs. 1.12 Cr. Auditors noted outstanding PF dues of approximately Rs. 0.1 Cr. The board also approved the appointment of M/s Priyanka Saxena & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years, pending shareholder approval. Mr. Siddhant Kothari was proposed for re-appointment as Whole-Time Director. Dr. Rajiv Agarwal resigned as Independent Director, leading to the appointment of Mr. Varun Kumar as an Additional Independent Director and reconstitution of key board committees. These changes are subject to approval at the upcoming 35th Annual General Meeting.
