MITCON Consultancy & Engineering Services Limited — Board Meeting, 13-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

MITCON Consultancy & Engineering Services board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations was ₹24.43 crore, almost unchanged from last year's ₹24.44 crore. However, consolidated profit after tax declined significantly to ₹1.20 crore, down from ₹2.92 crore in the same period last year. This resulted in a Basic EPS of ₹0.82, compared to ₹2.17 previously. Additionally, the board cleared the conversion of 39.80 lakh partly paid equity shares into fully paid shares, confirming the completion of the rights issue proceeds utilization.
