Swelect Energy Systems Limited — Board Meeting, 13-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

SWELECT Energy Systems has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹177.22 Cr, with a total income of ₹188.84 Cr. The company reported a consolidated net profit of ₹21.14 Cr. Additionally, the board approved an extra investment of up to ₹9 Cr in its wholly-owned subsidiary, ESG Green Energy Private Limited. This aims to boost the solar power plant's capacity from 16 MW to 25 MW under a Group Captive Scheme. The total investment in this subsidiary will now reach up to ₹30 Cr.
