TGB Banquets and Hotels has announced a board meeting outcome. The Board approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Key re-appointments include Mr. Narendra G. Somani as Managing Director & Chairman for 3 years, and Mr. Devanand G. Somani and Mr. Hemant G. Somani as Whole Time Directors for 5 years each.
