This move, funded from IPO proceeds, aims to strengthen Globalbees' "house of brands" strategy, which spans beauty, home care, wellness, and fashion. Globalbees, with a FY25 turnover of **₹1577.70 Cr**, acquires and scales e-commerce brands, enhancing FirstCry's overall product offerings and digital footprint.
