Uma Exports Limited — Board Meeting, 13-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Uma Exports has announced a board meeting where it approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 300.33 Cr. While this is lower than Rs 394.65 Cr in the same quarter last year, net profit improved to Rs 0.43 Cr from a loss of Rs 5.34 Cr in the previous quarter. Year-on-year, profit is down from Rs 6.48 Cr.
