TGB Banquets' board has approved the standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. The company announced key re-appointments: Narendra G. Somani continues as Managing Director & Chairman for three years, while Devanand G. Somani and Hemant G. Somani are re-appointed as Whole Time Directors for five years each. Mrs. Jasmin Jaykumar Doshi also gets a second five-year term as Non-Executive Independent Woman Director. Additionally, M/s.
