Samvardhana Motherson International Ltd. (MOTHERSON) has announced the approval of its consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue grew to ₹30,212 Cr from ₹28,868 Cr year-on-year. However, net profit attributable to owners dipped to ₹511.84 Cr (vs ₹994.17 Cr year-on-year), primarily due to ₹136.49 Cr in exceptional restructuring costs in Europe and a ₹53 Cr asset impairment charge. The company also completed the acquisition of Baldi Industria E Comercio Ltda. for ₹70.27 Cr. Shareholders recently approved a 1:2 bonus share issue.
