Aries Agro Limited — Board Meeting, 13-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Aries Agro's Board meeting approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Net Income from Operations rose to Rs 154.18 Cr (vs Rs 137.12 Cr last year), with Net Profit at Rs 9.17 Cr (vs Rs 7.96 Cr). EPS improved to Rs 7.05 (vs Rs 6.12). The Board also set the dividend record date as September 19, 2025, with payment by October 17, 2025. The Annual General Meeting will be held on September 26, 2025. Additionally, Mr. A. Sekar was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years, pending shareholder approval.
