Future Market Networks Limited — Board Meeting, 13-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

FMNL's board meeting held on August 13, 2025, approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The board also put forward the appointment of M/s. Bakliwal & Co. as Statutory Auditors for a two-year term, subject to shareholder approval.
