Brigade Enterprises Limited — Board Meeting, 13-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Brigade Enterprises has announced a board meeting was held where the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, were approved. Consolidated revenue from operations rose to ₹1281.14 Cr from ₹1077.72 Cr, with profit after tax (attributable to owners) jumping to ₹149.88 Cr from ₹83.72 Cr year-on-year.

Key updates include the approval of the merger of Tandem Allied Services with WTC Trades & Projects, and the formation of a new real estate development subsidiary, Auraterra Developers LLP. Notably, subsidiary Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited (BHVL) completed a ₹126 Cr preferential allotment and a ₹759.60 Cr IPO, with its shares now listed on NSE and BSE.
