Somany Ceramics Limited — Important, 13-08-2025: General Updates

Somany Ceramics board approved the financial results for the quarter. Consolidated revenue hit Rs 606.3 Cr with a net profit of Rs 7.95 Cr. The board also proposed re-appointing Mr. Abhishek Somany as MD & CEO for three years, pending shareholder approval. In a strategic move, the company will invest up to Rs 50 Cr into its subsidiary, Somany Max Private Limited, to fund its loan repayments and capital expenditure. SMPL's revenue grew significantly to Rs 110.05 Cr in FY25, up from Rs 15.60 Cr in FY24.
