Suratwwala Business Group's board has approved its financial results for the quarter. Consolidated revenue reached ₹159.52 Cr with a net profit of ₹53.29 Cr. The board also noted the resignation of Ms. Dimple Kirit Sanghvi as Independent Director, and approved the appointment of Mrs. Priyanka Oka as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, pending shareholder approval. Additionally, M/s Pusalkar & Co. and M/s Joshi and Sahney were appointed as Secretarial and Internal Auditors, respectively, subject to shareholder consent. The 18th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 30, with September 23 as the e-voting cut-off. Board committees were also reconstituted.
