H.G. Infra Engineering Limited — Important, 13-08-2025: General Updates

H.G. Infra Engineering has decided to divest its entire 100% stake in five wholly-owned road project subsidiaries to Neo Infra Income Opportunities Fund. These subsidiaries contributed about 32.7% to HGINFRA's consolidated revenue and 11.1% to its consolidated net worth last financial year. The approximate aggregate enterprise value for these SPVs is INR 3584 Crore. This divestment is expected to complete within 12 months.
