Suratwwala Business Group Limited — Board Meeting, 13-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Suratwwala Business Group's board has approved its consolidated financial results for Q1 FY26. Revenue from operations stood at Rs. 1.59 Cr, with a net profit of Rs. 0.53 Cr. The board also saw the resignation of Ms. Dimple Kirit Sanghvi. Following a committee review, Mrs. Priyanka Oka was appointed as an Additional Independent Director, pending shareholder approval. New Secretarial and Internal Auditors were also appointed. The 18th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 30, 2025, with September 23 as the cut-off date for voting. Board committees were also reconstituted.
