Samvardhana Motherson International Limited — Board Meeting, 13-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Samvardhana Motherson International has announced a board meeting on August 13, 2025, where it approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue increased to INR 30,212 Cr from INR 28,867.96 Cr year-on-year. However, net profit attributable to owners declined to INR 511.84 Cr, significantly lower than INR 994.17 Cr last year. This was primarily due to INR 136.49 Cr in exceptional expenses from operational restructuring, mainly in Europe. EPS for the quarter stood at INR 0.48. The board also noted the recently approved 1:2 bonus share issue and the acquisition of Baldi Industria E Comercio Ltda. for INR 70.27 Cr.
