Arihant Academy's board has approved its Q1 FY25 consolidated financial results. The company reported a revenue of ₹17.25 Cr and a net profit of ₹1.96 Cr for the quarter ending June 30, 2025.

The board also set September 4, 2025, as the Record Date for the final dividend payment for FY24-25. Strategically, earlier this year, the company completed acquisitions of Carmel Classes and Carmel Tuitions for ₹3.35 Cr and ₹3.47 Cr respectively, strengthening its education services. A CSR Committee and policy were also approved.
