The company has commenced operations at its new Lithium-Ion Battery Recycling Plant in Nashik and plans to start an e-waste plant in Hyderabad. Total recycling capacity is set to expand to 68,000 MTPA from the current 30,500+ MTPA. The company has announced its 12th Annual General Meeting on September 09, 2025, to approve financial statements, director re-appointment, auditor appointments, and a proposal to alter Articles of Association for future share issuances.
