Stanley Lifestyles' subsidiary, Stanley Retail, is set to acquire the remaining 44.05% stake in Shrasta Décor Private Limited (SDPL) for INR 18.15 Crore in cash. This strategic move makes SDPL, which specializes in leather and furniture accessories, a wholly-owned subsidiary. The acquisition aims to fully integrate SDPL's operations, enhancing control and efficiency within Stanley's lifestyle business. SDPL's last reported turnover for FY25 was INR 41.59 Crore. This consolidation further strengthens Stanley's market position in its core segments.
