Mukka Proteins' Board approved Q1 FY25 consolidated financial results: Revenue at ₹170.77 Cr and Profit at ₹1.59 Cr. The company is significantly broadening its scope, with MOA changes approved to enter insect-based ingredients, waste management, and agricultural products. Strategic investments include increasing stake in Ocean Proteins to 51% for ₹1.045 Cr, and plans to acquire Mukka Frozen Impex (up to ₹5 Cr) and Mukka Proteins Vietnam (₹0.0545 Cr). The Board also approved corporate guarantees of ₹1.35 Cr and ₹35.37 Cr for Ocean Proteins. The 15th AGM is scheduled for September 18, 2025.
