Confidence Petroleum India Ltd. announced its Q1 FY26 consolidated results. Revenue from operations surged to Rs 1111.99 Cr from Rs 777.93 Cr year-on-year, with profit rising to Rs 20.45 Cr from Rs 15.44 Cr. EPS stood at Rs 0.61.
The company has decided to discontinue its planned large LPG import terminal project at JNPA, instead focusing on smaller, efficient terminals and strengthening domestic retail and bulk LPG supply. A new subsidiary, Confidence Green Energy Private Limited, was also incorporated. Auditors, however, noted uncertainties regarding GST input credit and provident fund liabilities.
