LANCOR HOLDINGS' board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on September 23, 2025, at 11:30 a.m.
The board set September 16, 2025, as the record date for the FY24-25 final dividend, pending shareholder approval. Following the Audit Committee's input and subject to member approval, M/s. A. Mohan Kumar & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years, from FY2025-26 to FY2029-30.
